Reward system and job satisfaction among employees in the hotel industry in the Sultanate of Oman

Purpose- The study's aim is to determine the intrinsic rewards that Omani hotels use inspire their employees and analyse extrinsic motivate employees. study also intends investigate association between incentive types job satisfaction among hotel in Oman. Methodology- employed a descriptive research design. population was comprised of from five different four-star A systematic questionnaire created distributed all participants. Rewards (both extrinsic) served as independent variable, dependent variable. data gathered on five-point scale interpreted using averages, percentages, correction analyses. Findings- noticed by Oman included recognition appreciation, an excellent working partnership with manager, management trust belief, training professional development, work freedom autonomy. On other hand, are used Oman, such praise appreciation for well done, environments, attractive salaries, annual bonuses, insurance me my family. Spearman's coefficient 0.885 indicated positive significant relationship Similarly, 0.899 demonstrated very strong Conclusion- findings suggest level employee organisation reliant rewards.
